Terms of Service
Effective October 24, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (and the company you use RemodelBoard for) and RemodelBoard ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using RemodelBoard, you agree to them.
The service
RemodelBoard is online software for managing bids, jobs, schedules, time, purchases and related records for remodeling and construction businesses.
Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Company owners and admins decide who joins their company in RemodelBoard and what each person can see and do.
- Tell us right away at support@remodelboard.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
Your data
Your company owns the information it puts into RemodelBoard. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and improve the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
Acceptable use
Don't use RemodelBoard to break the law, send spam, upload harmful code, try to get into other companies' data, or interfere with the service.
Trials and payment
New companies get a free trial. Paid plans, if you choose one, are billed as described when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Other services
RemodelBoard can connect to services run by others, such as QuickBooks Online. Your use of those services is under their own terms. RemodelBoard isn't made or endorsed by Intuit. Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc.
Not professional advice
RemodelBoard helps you organize your records. It isn't accounting, tax, payroll or legal advice. Check important numbers, like payroll, taxes and invoices, with a qualified professional.
Disclaimer
RemodelBoard is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using RemodelBoard at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, you can ask for a copy of your company's information within 30 days.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and let account owners know about important changes. Continuing to use RemodelBoard means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
